- My Teams automated heavily manual processes using RPA, generating millions of dollars in savings and revenue for the company by deploying over 35 bots within two years, involving products like Veeva Vault Regulatory, SAP S4, Coupa, ServiceNow (SNOW), Workday (WD), Qlik, and others.
- Defined and maintained roadmaps, capabilities, standards, and governance for integration and process automation initiatives.

- Developed APIs and synchronous jobs in BW5, integrating with third-party systems both on-premises and in the cloud through various protocols like REST, SOAP, and FTP, using TIBCO BusinessWorks versions 5.x and 6.x. Connected to Oracle databases using TIBCO DB adapters.
- Applied a CI/CD approach using Git, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, SOAP UI, and Groovy scripts, enhancing the speed and reliability of deployment, unit testing, and environment alignment for TIBCO BW6 interfaces.
- Gained extensive experience integrating multiple systems, including cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, Veeva Vault, SecureWorks, ThreatConnect, Archer, Remedy, SAP, and AWS.
- Developed streaming applications using TIBCO Streambase, working with streaming data readers to transform, aggregate, and manipulate data for live graph interpretation or transfer to other platforms like AWS S3 Cloud.
